Hey sports fans!
Anyone watch the UFC fights on PPV this month? Holy moly, good stuff! Most of my fave fighters won, so I'm jazzed.
In October, the fights are coming to my area, so I'll be going live again . I've already bought my tickets, and I c an't wait! LOTS of great inspiration for more SBC fighter books. :)

Yup, I'm flattered! He's such a great guy.
I turned in my last SBC book, HARD TO HANDLE , to the editor, who promptly approved it. So that's all done. I've gotten the cover for it too, and it's FABULOUS. I just love it. It should be up on my website by now, but if not, it will be very soon. My website designer is working on all the updates I sent her.
Now I'll be working on my next SERVANT book as L.L.Foster. I really enjoy the switch back and forth. Keeps each genre exciting.
Oh, and that reminds me - I got my Romantic Times magazine for the month, and in an interview that they did with me, there are some big mistakes about the book. The woman who did the interview read the book - I could tell by the questions she asked and the things she said - so I'm not sure how the mistakes happened, but just so you know, there are no vampires in SERVANT: The Awakening . Anywhere. Ever.
What Gaby fights is human beings with rotted souls - you know, really bad people, but still people. The interviewer also states that Gaby works at the comic book store next door. Nope. She WRITES graphic novels and sells them - anonymously - to the comic bookstore dealer.
I love RT for interviewing me, and I know mistakes happen when you're handling so many authors and so many books. :) Just wanted to clear it up, that's all!
ENTICING should now be on stands. This is a 2 in 1 compilation of CASEY from the Buckhorn Brothers and CAUGHT IN THE ACT from my PI series.
My website updates should include a refresh of my appearance schedule, with the old stuff removed and the new, upcoming appearances added.

Some good news: the BGI Group (Borders and Waldenbooks) sent me a lovely award. JUDE'S LAW was the "2006 Bestselling Romantic Comedy."
Isn't that awesome? It's a beautiful award and I'm thrilled.
The year before - 2005 - THE SECRET LIFE OF BRYAN was the "2005 Bestselling Contemporary Romance." It's just too wonderful to be recognized by a bookseller!
Lastly, I want to tell you about a super-fantastic new book out that I just plain devoured.
I've made no secret of the fact that Susan Andersen is one of my favorite authors. She has mega talent and tells a story like no one else can. I met PJ and Jared in one of her earlier books, HOT & BOTHERED , and I'd been bugging Susan for their story ever since.
