Happy Fall everyone! I hope you’re enjoying the cooler temperatures and the pretty colors of changing leaves.
First in my news... I’m working with a new web designer, Waxcreative. That means you’ll see a lot of changes to my sites, more so as time goes by. We’re trying to refresh things in stages so that the site remains functional during the changeover. Check out my L.L. Foster site at: www.llfoster.com and my Lori Foster site at www.lorifoster.com – but first you’ll be directed to a splash page. That, too, will eventually change, so keep checking back.
New to my sites – a “coming soon” page. You Servant fans can find a description of the next Servant book, and a description of my novellas in the Out of the Light, Into the Shadows anthology due out in 2009.
Some of you have noticed that my message board is missing the registration link. Oops. Don’t know where that went, but I promise we’re working on it! The message board will undergo necessary maintenance throughout the weekend, so expect some downtime where new messages will be frozen. By Monday sometime it should be back up and working right!
Thank you to all of you who read Servant: The Acceptance, released in September. I appreciate all the notes and I LOVED the online reviews. My L.L. books are very special to me and I really want to please readers with them. For those who have asked, the next book, Servant: The Kindred will be out in September 2009.
Some of you have had difficulty finding The Watson Brothers, also released in September. I’m sorry about that. The only news I have is that for now, Kensington gave exclusive rights to WalMart. If you can’t find it at your closest WalMart, it might well be at another. Plenty of readers are finding them, so I know they’re out there. I apologize for any difficulty you have.
Coming out this month are two reissues:
I’m Your Santa, reissued with a new cover from trade to mass market.
And Caught! a compilation reissue of two older Harlequin books, Say Yes, and Taken.
In December I have a new Winston novella in the anthology, Double the Pleasure, as well as reissues for Star Quality, and Never Too Much.

New stuff on my L. L. Foster website includes some interesting podcasts. There’s an interview with Books On Board, with Circle of Seven radio, and with Fangoria satellite radio. Also some Fangoria discussion on Servant: The Acceptance. You can read an interview at C2K Kwips and Kritiques, and see the ads placed in Star Magazine, and on the cover of RT. All fun, I promise!
