HAPPY OCTOBER EVERYONE!
I'm LOVING the cool fall weather, and I'm looking forward to getting out on the road a bit to see the beautiful colors. RV time! What about you?
I have several updates for you, so I'll get right to them! I always divide up the news so you can skim to what interests you, but please be sure to read the news about the newsletter, as it pertains to everyone.
NEWSLETTER
I have a change that I'd like you to note - this will be the last newsletter sent via Yahoo Groups. Yes, I'll still send out the monthly newsletter, but I'm migrating my list over to my own site - LoriFoster.com.
You don't need to do anything to ensure that you continue receiving my newsletters except to add lorifoster.com to your accepted list of domains in your email program so that the newsletters don't end up in your spam filter. I think this change will make things easier on me, and easier on anyone who's had issues with Yahoo and spam.
READER & AUTHOR GET TOGETHER 2011
I've been super-busy working on preparations for the 2011 "Reader and Author Get Together" for June 3rd - 5th. The price remains an affordable $50, and as usual, registration will open in January. Info is on my website under the community link, but if you have Facebook, please check out the new "Annual Reader and Author Get Together" Facebook page, which will make it super-easy for attendees to interact and set up roommates or car pooling, etc...
Everyone is welcome - readers, authors, industry professionals! The more the merrier!

NEW SINGLE TITLES
I was recently in Denver (Oct 28th, 29th) for a meeting with my publisher and I got to see my new covers. They're not entirely finalized so I can't share them yet, but oh my! They are incredible! Can you tell I'm excited? I can't wait to show you, so as soon as I have the go-ahead, I'll post them on my site and let you know about it through another quick email via my newsletter.
In case you're new to my newsletter and don't know about my upcoming series - I have 3 single title releases, back to back, in May, June and July 2011. To have them out together that way, I have to get them all done in the timeframe normally reserved to write one book... which means there'll be a gap in new releases. Sorry about that! But I'm hopeful that the wait will be worthwhile and that you'll enjoy the stories.
Titles for the new books are, When You Dare, with Dare Macintosh, Trace of Fever, with Trace Rivers, and Savor the Danger, with Jackson Savor. The backdrop is that the heroes are private mercenaries and so far, I'm having a blast with the stories!
For those of you who ask... yes, I'm done with the fighters - for now. I never say never, and if a really compelling story comes to me, I'll write another, I promise.
