HAPPY SEPTEMBER EVERYONE!
I can't believe that summer is already winding down. Soon they'll close the pool here at the RV Park I like to visit – luckily, the beach remains open. I love getting out in the RV because there’s so much privacy for me, and all I need to do is enjoy the beautiful weather, the lake and pool, and read and write! Heaven.
T-SHIRT PROJECT
My T-shirt project is well underway! I hope you get a chance to stop by my Facebook Fan page and checkout the photo album! Go to my Facebook Page and then in the menu click on Photos, and then the album "T-Shirt Project."

SERVANT BOOKS
I’m sooo excited to tell you about the new format for my Servant novels - audio books! SERVANT: The Awakening has been released in audio. You can check it out by visiting my L.L.Foster webpage, then go to the bottom of the book excerpt to listen to a sample audio, and find order links!
CARDS FOR THE TROOPS
I'm currently collecting Christmas Cards for our soldiers. I know, it's so early – but that's how an organized woman works. ;-) To make this as easy as possible, all you need to do is write a note to a solider on a card (or cards) – anything simple is fine, or write as much as you like! - put it in the envelope, and mail it to me. I'm collecting them and then I'll send them on to amazing lady, Kelley Granzow, who has been generously mailing packages to the troops for a very long time.
Kelley has an updated list of names for soldiers who would love to receive cards. She'll address them and mail them off. I'll send her a check to help cover postage.
So you see, all you need is that signed card, and we'll take care of the rest!

If you have kids, get them to fill out some cards, too. I did 10, and each of my children did 10, and each of their significant others did 10. So we have plenty from the Foster family to send!

MESSAGE BOARD
Sadly, while I'm getting more involved in new social networks, I gave up Myspace a month or so ago, and now I've shut down my Message board. I found that most people now followed me on Facebook and Twitter, and I couldn't be everywhere, so I hope you don't mind that the message board is gone.
REPEAT NEWS
For those of you who got the newsletter last month, the rest is sort of repeat news. But I get so many new members to the list each month that I wanted to include this info again.
NEW SINGLE TITLES
Many of you have emailed to ask me when I’ll have a new single title available. Here’s the quickie explanation! I signed new contracts with HQN, and they wanted me to have 3 single title releases, back to back, in May, June and July 2011 – so I’m hard at work writing those books. To have them out together, I have to get them all done in the timeframe normally reserved to write one book... which means there’ll be a gap. Sorry about that! But I’m hopeful that the wait will be worthwhile and that you’ll enjoy the stories. Tentative titles are, When You Dare, with Dare Macintosh, Trace of Fever, with Trace Rivers, and Savor the Danger, with Jackson Savor. The backdrop heroes are private mercenaries and so far, I’m having a blast with the stories!
I’ve seen preliminary work on the cover art and I’m really excited! Good stuff. This month the publisher will bring in models to do the actual shoots, so I hope to have covers to share with you very soon.
My anthology, The Guy Next Door features the sister from the first single title, so you can get an introduction to the When You Dare characters there – and that cover is already online.
For those of you who asked... yes, I'm done with the fighters – for now. I never say never, and if a really compelling story comes to me, I'll write another, I promise.

Please remember – I'm trying to get my Facebook friends to join my Facebook fan page. I'm told that after 5000 people join my personal page, it'll shut down – and we don't want that! The fan page now has over 2100 friends! The regular profile has over 4000 friends already, so anyone who tries to sign up for that will be redirected, via facebook email, to my Fan pages.
